How You Will Learn

 Each day you can expect:

  • 1-2 hours of outside learning (mindfulness, experiential learning, present moment flexibility) - forest or beach walks, by the lake

  • 3-4 hours of lectures/workshops/experiential learning with peers in a function room or in nature

  • 1-2 hours of reflective practice and discussion over long lunches or shorter bus trips

Supervision and Integration Series

Following the Escapes, we offer a 6-month online Integration and Supervision Group package to consolidate learning and support its integration into clinical practice. 

  • Present relevant cases to discuss with peers

  • Apply course content to specific contexts

  • Use your peers to support self-care practices and reduce professional isolation

  • Build reflective practice skills​​​​
