Just like starlings grouping together to create dynamic beauty, we believe that group connection and collaboration leads to greater impact than any individual working alone.

ABOUT
STARLING HEALTH COLLECTIVE

Starling Health Collective was created to support the health and wellbeing of our community.

Taking mental health out of the therapy room, we aim to equip ALL health professionals with the skills to support a range of mental health challenges - including their own.

We provide evidence-based professional development in trauma, resilience and self-care, and the psychological management of chronic conditions for doctors, nurses, mental health and allied health professionals.  Escape death-by-PowerPoint and join us in nature - not the classroom.  You'll feel like you've been on holiday, and leave knowing how to support your patients' wellbeing.

Starling Health Collective also offers expert clinical supervision and EMDR consultation for clinicians, and group supervision/reflective practice. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Services

Starling Health Collective offers a range of services for individuals and health professionals seeking evidence-based support, reflection, and growth.  See our offerings below.
