-

-
Registrar Psychologists working towarads Clinical Psychology endorsement
-
Mental health practitioners
-
Medical professionals working in a psychologically-oriented way

My chief therapeutic models include EMDR and ACT, although I can draw on other modalities and have strong experience and training in CBT. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults, and am primarily experienced in working with trauma, chronic medical conditions and general mental health.
As a supervisor I provide a laid back learning environment within our supervision sessions so that all clinicians feel safe enough to discuss their most difficult clients and to develop to their fulll potential as therapists.

Personally, I really enjoy supervision and try to make our supervision sessions a space where you can gain support professionally and personally, and where you feel open enough to discuss the tricky issues without feeling like a terrible psychologist!! I enjoy watching therapists develop their skills and self confidence, and seeing people develop into capable and self-assured professionals.

Fees for clinical supervision are tiered:
Endorsed Psychologists and consultants: $265 an hour, inclusive of GST
Provisional or Registrar psychologists/other MH practitioners: $250 inclusive of GST

Alice was trained in EMDR in 2007 and completed advanced Level 3 (UK) training in 2009, including additional training masterclasses in working with children, pain and complex trauma. She has been Accredited in Australia by EMDRAA since 2024 and is hoping to soon be a Consultant. Alice's sessions can't currently be counted towards Accreditation for therapists on this pathway.

Alice has used EMDR in medical settings (trauma, needles phobias, adjustment etc), complex and developmental trauma, attachment, chronic pain and somatic concerns and anxiety/depression based presentations including eating disorders, OCD and attachment concerns. Alice works with children, adolescents and adults using EMDR and can provide consultation across the lifespan, including adjustments for neurodiversity and culture.

She brings her 16 years of general clinical supervision experience into her EMDR Consultation sessions.
Group Supervision
Alice currently provides both group reflective practice and clinical supervision sessions to public hospital medical and psychology teams She also provides group EMDR consultation for those hoping to develop their EMDR skills in a cost-effective and collaborative space. This can be particularly helpful for clinicians with a limited case load or nervousness about starting with EMDR.

Group supervision provides a structured, reflective space for practitioners to explore clinical work alongside peers, supported by an experienced supervisor. Session goals will be agreed upon by group members, but can focus on case discussion, professional reflection, and the development of clinical skills, while also attending to ethical practice, boundaries, and practitioner wellbeing.

Groups are intentionally kept small to support depth of discussion and psychological safety. Supervision is collaborative and reflective in style, encouraging shared learning, diverse perspectives, and thoughtful engagement with complexity. All supervision is delivered in line with professional standards and relevant codes of conduct.
