Trauma-informed Professional Development Retreats for Health Professionals
Evidence-based CPD training on trauma, clinician wellbeing, and the psychological impact of chronic illness - for doctors, psychologists and allied health professionals.

Our professional development courses/retreats offer health professionals a chance to meet Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements in inspiring locations - with a focus on exceptional food, wine, culture and nature experiences. These immersive courses - trauma training for doctors; trauma-informed care; self-care for health professionals etc - combine evidence-based education in mental health, self-care and reflective practice with opportunities to develop meaningful, lasting professional connections. We give you the space you need space to reflect, restore, connect.
Like the dynamic patterns created by starlings, we believe connection creates movement, beauty, and change greater than any one person alone.

Our Retreats: What to Expect
Our professional development retreats are evidence-based courses designed for health professionals to restore balance while strengthening the care you provide for your patients and families. Each experience brings together evidence-based learning, practical skill development, reflective practice and clinical discussion with time to reset and explore within an incredible location—so you return to work grounded, restored, capable, and resourced.
