Picture four days where lunch runs long because no one's watching the clock. Exceptional food, better wine than you'll pour yourself at home, and scenery worth the drive. No patients, no roster, no decisions to make beyond what's next on the tasting menu. Good company, better conversation, and enough distance from your usual week to properly switch off — the kind of four days you protect on your calendar a year in advance, because you already know how much you'll need it.

The Essentials

• Dates: 9-12 March 2027 (Tuesday to Friday)

• Where: Eight Willows Retreat, Margaret River Wine Region, Western Australia

• Format: Four-day residential Educational Escape. Small group, limited places.

• CPD: 20 hours

• For: Doctors, psychologists, nurses and allied health working in high-acuity healthcare systems

• Facilitator: Dr Alice Morgan, Clinical Psychologist (DPsychClin), MPH. Full bio on the About page.

• Included: Chalet accommodation at Eight Willows, all curated meals and wine experiences, transport within the region and airport transfers, planned activities, and the full teaching program. Venue gratuity (5%) included.

• Not included: Flights, travel insurance.

Booking

Reserve your place with a deposit (non-refundable); all Escape fees are + GST. We then invoice the balance separately and in instalments, so the cost stays manageable: accommodation is paid directly to Eight Willows, and the remaining balance to Starling Health Collective.
