STARLING HEALTH COLLECTIVE
At Starling HC we want to improve mental health and wellbeing across the community and believe that increasing clinicians' ability to support their own mental health - and that of their patients/clients - is an effective way to achieve broader impact. We specialise in running curate professional development retreats that support clinicians to rest and recharge whilst learning critical mental health and wellbeing skills.

We also offer specialist clinical psychology services (e.g. trauma, anxiety disorders, chronic illness) for children, adolescents and adults; clinical supervision and EMDR consultation for clinicians online and from Moonee Ponds in Naarm, Melbourne.

Individual Therapy
We offer evidence-based psychological therapy tailored to your individual needs, goals, and life context. We support children (and their families), adolescents and adults to address mental health concerns, process trauma, and build meaningful, sustainable change in their lives.

CME/CPD Retreats
Our CME/CPE retreats offer a restorative and reflective learning experience for health professionals. Combining high-quality professional education with space to pause, connect, and recharge, our retreats are designed to support both clinical excellence and practitioner wellbeing.

Supervision and Consultation
We offer reflective, supportive clinical supervision and EMDR consultation for psychologists and mental health professionals. We provide a space to strengthen skills, deepen understanding, and work thoughtfully with complex presentations.
About Alice
Dr Alice Morgan is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience across clinical practice, training, and leadership. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across hospital, community, and non-government settings, including complex and trauma-related presentations. Her work is grounded in postgraduate training in clinical psychology and public health and draws on evidence-based, context-informed approaches.

Alice brings an engaged, flexible, and humorous approach to therapy, supervision, consultation, and professional education, with a particular focus on supporting clinicians working in high-demand and emotionally complex roles
